A Haitian-Canadian family business that shipped its first digital product in Haiti in 2000, moved to Canada in 2007, formally incorporated as iCubeMedia in 2011, and has spent 25 years quietly building the future of software — one product, one client, one breakthrough at a time.

We started as one family with one belief: build software that actually serves the people using it. Twenty-five years later, that has not changed. We know what it means to run a business where every decision is personal, because ours is too.
From shipping our first product in Haiti, to formally incorporating iCubeMedia in Canada in 2011, to the AI-powered iCubeLabs we are today, we have never lost sight of one thing: technology should amplify people, never replace them. First Digital Product
Shipped our first piece of software from Haiti — a family-built tool for local businesses that needed digital transformation before the term existed. The foundation of everything that followed.
Moved to Canada
Relocated operations to Montreal, Quebec. Brought the hustle and resilience forged in Haiti to the Canadian tech landscape. A new chapter, same family, same mission.
First 10 Apps Shipped
Crossed the milestone of 10 commercial applications. Established a reputation for shipping fast, reliable software across industries.
iCubeMedia Incorporated
Formally incorporated iCubeMedia in Canada. Eleven years after shipping our first product, the family business became an official company on paper.
1 Million Users
Our products reached 1 million users worldwide. Invoice Manager became a top-rated business app on the App Store.
EduCode Launched
Launched EduCode in Moncton — a coding curriculum with AI and ML personalization baked in years before it was mainstream. Animated micro-lessons, gamified projects, real production code.
AI & Blockchain Tech Consulting
Pivoted to AI & blockchain consulting (Bitzon, Ari Market, others). From then on, nothing shipped without AI — in the workflow or the end product.
EduCode Acquired
Our first exit. EduCode was acquired after scaling to 650K learners across 160 countries.
iCubeLabs Founded
Launched a new venture, iCubeLabs, building on 24 years of iCubeMedia's portfolio, IP, and team experience. Not a rebrand — a new chapter, AI-powered, human-led.
Enterprise Scale
Launched CubeBooks, LegalScan, and enterprise AI consulting. 500% output growth with AI-accelerated workflows. The Humans + Machines era.
