What you'll do
- Onboard new clients and ensure they get value from day one
- Be the voice of the customer — relay feedback to product and engineering
- Manage ongoing client relationships across our product suite
- Identify upsell opportunities and help clients scale their usage
- Create documentation, guides, and training materials
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
- Experience with SaaS or tech products
- Strong communication — written and verbal
- Based in Toronto or Montreal (hybrid)
- Bonus: bilingual (English + French)
