What you'll do
- +Onboard new clients and ensure they get value from day one
- +Be the voice of the customer — relay feedback to product and engineering
- +Manage ongoing client relationships across our product suite
- +Identify upsell opportunities and help clients scale their usage
- +Create documentation, guides, and training materials
What we're looking for
- +2+ years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
- +Experience with SaaS or tech products
- +Strong communication — written and verbal
- +Based in Toronto or Montreal (hybrid)
- +Bonus: bilingual (English + French)

What you'll do
- +Own the social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
- +Create and schedule content that reflects the Humans + Machines brand voice
- +Plan and execute campaigns for product launches and brand moments
- +Engage with communities and build authentic relationships online
- +Track performance, report insights, and iterate on what works
What we're looking for
- +2+ years managing social media for a tech or SaaS brand
- +Strong visual eye and copywriting ability
- +Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, or similar)
- +Understanding of analytics — you know what the numbers mean
- +Bonus: video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, short-form content)
