(formerly iCubeMedia Inc.), operating under the trade names “iCubeLabs” and “iCubeMedia” (“we,” “us,” “our”), is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our websites (icubelabs.so, icubemedia.ca, icube.so), use our mobile applications, or engage our services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation, including Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25).

Account information: If you create an account for any of our products (CubeBooks, Invoice Manager, LegalScan, Inventory Pro, or others), we collect registration details including email and encrypted passwords.
Usage data: We automatically collect device type, browser type, operating system, IP address, pages visited, and interaction patterns through standard analytics tools.
Cookies and similar technologies: We use essential cookies for site functionality and optional analytics cookies (with your consent where required) to understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: (a) respond to inquiries and provide requested services; (b) improve our websites, applications, and services; (c) communicate updates about projects, products, or services you've engaged with; (d) process transactions and send related information; (e) comply with legal obligations; and (f) protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. 7. Breach Notification
In the event of a security breach involving your personal information that creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as soon as feasible, and in any event within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25. Notification will include: (a) a description of the breach; (b) the types of personal information involved; (c) an assessment of the risk of harm; and (d) steps we are taking to mitigate the breach and protect your information. We also maintain a record of all privacy breaches as required by law.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Account data is retained for the duration of your account and 12 months thereafter.
9. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial legislation, you have the right to: (a) access the personal information we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate information; (c) withdraw consent for non-essential data processing; (d) request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements; and (e) file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Our websites and applications may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as payment processors, analytics providers, or app stores). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
