01 — The Challenge
Small businesses were drowning in manual bookkeeping: spreadsheets, receipts, and tax deadlines creating a constant source of stress and error. Most accounting software was either too complex for non-accountants or too basic to handle Canadian tax compliance across provinces.
Our Approach
We built an AI-first accounting engine that ingests documents, classifies transactions, and generates tax-ready reports. Designed for the Canadian market with full GST/HST/QST compliance. The system learns from each correction, improving accuracy over time. We paired this with a clean, minimal interface that hides complexity behind smart defaults.
