01 — The Challenge
Small retailers were managing stock on spreadsheets or pen-and-paper systems. Reorder points were missed, stockouts were frequent, and reconciling physical inventory against records was a monthly headache. Enterprise solutions existed but were priced and built for companies fifty times their size.
Our Approach
We built a lightweight, barcode-scanning inventory system that runs on mobile and desktop. Real-time stock levels, automatic low-stock alerts, purchase order generation, and multi-location support. The system integrates with Invoice Manager for businesses already in the iCubeLabs ecosystem. Designed for speed: scanning, counting, and adjusting stock happens in seconds, not minutes.
The Results
