01 — The Challenge
Local taxi companies were losing riders to global ride-hailing giants but lacked the technology to compete. Drivers had no dispatch system, passengers had no way to track rides, and fleet owners had zero visibility into operations. Building a ride-hailing platform from scratch was prohibitively expensive.
Our Approach
We built Taxxy as a white-label ride-hailing solution that local taxi companies can deploy under their own brand. Real-time GPS tracking, automated driver dispatch, fare estimation, in-app payments, and a fleet management dashboard. The platform scales from a single operator to a city-wide network.
The Results
Taxxy has been deployed by local taxi operators looking to modernize without losing their brand identity. The white-label model gives them the same technology the big players use at a fraction of the cost of building in-house.
